It smells like pasta, looks like pasta, and tastes ALMOST like pasta. This is one of the tastiest best kept secrets out there. I promise you can keep your bread-free diet and still get your sphagetti and marinara fix. Guys and gals Let's get healthy and fit shall we?
With this little trick you can get your five a day and not feel guilty about having a beer or two on the side. Let's get started.
- First off get yourself a nicely shaped squash.

- Next you can cut it in half. Get a sheet of alumninum foil and lay it inside a cookie sheet. Insert both halves of the squash face down in an oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

- You're nearly done! Now you just have to scrape out the delicious squash linguini. Serve with meat sauce on top to complete the dish.
