It's important to start a night on the right foot forward. That's why I've made a list of my top 10 favorite fun things to do before I run out to cheers for a bender! If you're looking to mix it up, or just want to see what else is out there to explore to do around Cheers to You, Midvale then you've come to the right place.

It's an ever changing list so make a contribution below and I'll add it!

1. Hit Up The Living Planet Aquarium

Discover and learn about Earth's diverse ecosystem for a brain food appetizer before you get your beer on.

2. Bar Hop at Bar Named Sue and yours truly

A little friendly competition is healthy! Have a pint and then finish the night up at your favorite neighborhood bar, Cheers to You of course

3. Take a trip to the past at Nickelmania

Play to your heart's desire, feel young again, and have a bunch of those " remember when…" stories with buddies at the arcade.

4. Grab Dinner at The Bohemian

The secret to a night out is starting the evening on a good note. Try some German Cuisine at a fun local spot before heading over.

5. Grab a Pizza at The Pie

The quintessential Salt Lake Lake Pizza Parlor. Beer is to pizza as cheese is the crackers. Grab a slice!

6. Bowl a few games at Big City Bowl

"Strike" up a game with friends. Bowling night Cheers style is great because everybody wins at the end of the night!

7. See a Game at Rio Tinto

The next game is tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. Rio Tinto is hosting the U.S Women's National Team vs. Mexico game.

8. Go to a movie at Jordan Commons

Grab the tail end of the summer movies before it's too late.

9. Play Basketball or Volleyball at Copperview Rec.

Strap up your kicks and lets play some ball. For every three pointer that you drain make your buddy buy you a shot!

10. Have a BBQ at the Midvale City Park

Bring out your inner cave man and cook some meat dude! Remember, no beer in the park but you can have as much as you want at Cheers!
